BOXING CLASSES IN PICKERING — EVERY PATH UNDER ONE ROOF
Brass Knuckles Fight Klub is a real boxing gym on 813 Brock Road in Pickering — gold on black, no ego, no intimidation, and built to take total beginners all the way to championship-minded sparring. Whatever brought you here — fitness, confidence, your kid, or the itch to actually learn to fight — there's a class for it. This page is the front door; pick a path below.
Adult Boxing — All Levels
Our core program runs throughout the week, morning and evening, and welcomes everyone from first-timers to people chasing real ring craft. You'll learn stance, footwork, the jab, defense, and combinations from championship-minded coaches who fix your fundamentals instead of just running you ragged.
If you've never thrown a punch, start with beginner classes — nobody expects you to know anything on day one. Ready to dig in? Our full adult boxing classes page breaks down what training week-to-week actually looks like, and you can check times on the class schedule.
Kids Boxing — Junior Jabbers (Ages 6–12)
Junior Jabbers is our youth program for ages 6 to 12, running Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It's coached, safe, and fundamentals-first — discipline, confidence, and focus built through real boxing, not babysitting.
Kids learn to listen, to stand tall, and to handle pressure without losing their cool. Parents tell us the changes show up at home and at school, not just in the gym. Full details are on the Junior Jabbers page.
Fitness, Conditioning & Cardio Boxing
Not everyone wants to spar — and that's fine. Boxing is one of the best full-body workouts on the planet, and you get all of it without ever taking a punch.
- Cardio & fitness boxing — bag work, pads, and rounds that torch calories and build wind.
- Strength & conditioning — the engine work that makes everything else hit harder.
- Boxing for weight loss — a workout you'll actually keep showing up for.
It's gritty, it's real, and it doesn't feel like a chore the way a treadmill does.
Women's Boxing & Private Training
Women train here, compete here, and belong here. There's no novelty corner — just the same coaching, the same room, and the same standards. See women's boxing for what to expect on your first week.
Want focused attention or a private lane? Private 1-on-1 training is available on request — ideal if you're nervous about groups, working around an injury, or pushing toward a specific goal fast.

Brand-New to Boxing?
Most people who walk in have never trained a day in their life. That's the norm, not the exception. You don't need gear, you don't need to be fit first, and you don't need to know anything.
We wrote a plain-English guide for exactly this moment — read how to start boxing, then come try a class and see the room for yourself. The hardest punch you'll throw is walking through the door the first time.
