These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website bkfk.ca, our membership services, and our SMS text-message program, all operated by Brass Knuckles Fight Klub ("BKFK," "we," "us," or "our"), 813 Brock Road, Unit 2, Pickering, ON. By using our website, signing up for a membership, or opting into our text-message program, you agree to these Terms.

Membership & Services

Membership offers, pricing, drop-in trials, and promotions are subject to availability and may change or end at any time.
Discounts and promotional rates apply as described at the time of sign-up and are not retroactive.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up.

SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at sign-up, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Brass Knuckles Fight Klub at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Program description: messages may include membership offers, complimentary drop-in invitations, class schedule and reminder messages, billing reminders, and event updates such as Fight Night follow-ups.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages.

Supported carriers include major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments & Billing

Membership fees and any recurring charges are billed as disclosed at sign-up. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the fees applicable to your membership.

Intellectual Property

All content on bkfk.ca, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Brass Knuckles Fight Klub and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in fitness, boxing, and training activities carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKFK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or text-message program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
